A Day out in the Lakes
 
On a sunny mid-November day, a party of Brethren from West Lancashire made an early start to venture into the District of Cumberland and Westmorland set amongst spectacular scenery of the northern part of the Lake District.
Cleator Moor Civic and Masonic Hall 
Arriving at Cleator Moor in good numbers they were about to meet friends and share a welcome cup of tea together with a plentiful supply of biscuits.
Leading the deputation was the District Grand Prefect Paul Snape; also in attendance was the Dept. District Grand Prefect William Richmond as well as eighteen members of the District.

During his address Eddie Crosby, the District Grand Prefect for Cumberland and Westmorland thanked the members from West Lancashire for their valued support.
Following the meeting we were treated to a four course Banquet in the company of friends from both the District of Cumberland and Westmorland and other Districts visiting the meeting.
